思维导图作为一种可视化图形思维工具,可以有效表征知识体系、层次关系。本文针对《微机原理及接口技术》课程教学现状,介绍了思维导图的特点,分析了思维导图应用于该课程教学中的作用和意义,给出了用 MindManager软件绘制的8086CPU内部结构和输入输出接口的思维导图案例。教学实践证明,思维导图在《微机原理及接口技术》课程教学中可以激发学生学习兴趣,帮助学生建立“整体-局部”思想,促进学生对知识的理解和记忆,提升教学效果。 相似文献

ABSTRACTThis paper studies open innovation practices in Russian state-owned enterprises (SOEs). In 2011, the Russian Government set ambitious goals in science, technology and innovation, and uses its large SOEs as channels to achieve these targets. These initiatives focus on the collaboration among innovation actors and introduce open innovation (OI) principles. Based on a large-scale innovation survey, we compare private enterprises to state-owned peers and present selected case studies. Our data support the claim that Russian SOEs are driving the demand for technology and mainly absorb incoming OI activities. Different to their peers, SOEs extend their OI activities to the country’s knowledge producers, such as research and technology organisations (RTOs), and leading universities. They work on incorporating scientific knowledge that could, indeed, hold the key to globally competitive technological innovations, but also have better capabilities to include business partners.Abbreviation : OI: Open innovation; SOE: State-owned enterprise; RTO: Research and technology organisation; STI: Science, technology and innovation. 相似文献

Transportation infrastructure and innovation play an important role in promoting regional economic growth. However, previous studies have mainly focused on the economic agglomeration by increased accessibility, but ignored the important on inter-city economic linkages and the network externalities it generated. Based on the externality perspective, this paper uses the propensity score matching model (PSM-DID) and spatial econometric model to analyze the heterogeneous impact of HSR opening on urban innovation performance and compare the differential effects of agglomeration externalities and network externalities on knowledge spillovers. The empirical results suggest the following: (1) The opening of HSR significantly improves urban innovation performance, but there is significant spatial heterogeneity. (2) The opening of HSR not only promotes the agglomeration of production factors to cities, but also strengthens inter-city economic connections, thus improving urban innovation performance through agglomeration externalities and network externalities. However, compared to agglomeration externalities, network externalities have a superior strength of impact on urban innovation performance. (3) From the dynamic effect perspective, the opening of HSR has a hysteresis effect on urban innovation of 2–3 years, and differences exist between cities. 相似文献

University students spend most of their time in classrooms, mostly in a sitting position. Prolonged sitting on ill-fitted furniture and the resulting bad posture is making students suffer from different musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs). This study evaluates the potential mismatch between furniture dimensions and anthropometric measurements. To determine potential mismatch, 13 anthropometric measurements of 550 students and 11 dimensions of two types of classroom furniture (mounted-desktop and chair-with-table) were measured and then compared. Additionally, chi-square test was performed to compare the relation between anthropometry and relevant furniture dimensions. Results showed that a significant number of mismatches emerged between anthropometric measurements and furniture dimensions. For both types of furniture, seat height was too high and seat depth was too deep. Moreover, for mounted desktop, desk height is almost appropriate for all students whereas for chair and table, it was too high for the males. These circumstances may lead to increase discomfort and increase MSDs problems among all students. It can be concluded that the dimensions of both types of classroom furniture were not appropriate for users according to anthropometric measurements. This analysis recommends the measurements of furniture dimensions based on participants’ anthropometric measurements to avoid or minimise discomfort and MSDs problems. 相似文献

In innovation and project management studies incremental development projects are perceived as theoreticlly and organisationally uninteresting. By means of a longitudinal study of product improvement projects at an automobile firm, this paper challenges such views and shows how the cumulative impact of the studied sequence resulted in a competitive repositioning of the company's product portfolio during a financially difficult period. Project managers achieved this by transcending the separation between exploration and exploitation projects; they not only adhered to time, cost and quality goals but also tried out new ways of testing and experimenting with controversial technical ideas. The paper analyzes the intensive inter project learning that generated these ambidextrous capabilities and emphasizes that practices at the project-level need to be buttressed by expanded management learning and capability development also at the sequence level. 相似文献
